Refund policy

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Email us at purrpawcoshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No return shipping needed.

Return shipping
For returns not caused by our error (for example, a change of mind), the customer pays return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
